A new way to learn Spanish
There are several ways to find out what your level is. Firstly, you can take the online level assessment test on our website. Please complete it until the last question or we won't have access to check it. This will help you to determine the best type of course for you. Your results will give you an indication of your level (beginner/post beginner/pre-intermediate etc).
Once the teachers check your level assessment, we'll get back to you with specific information about suitable courses for you. Please note, depending on your results we'll need to have a speaking test before sending all information.
If by any chance after starting your course you find the level too easy or challenging, you'll be changed onto a more suitable course if available. You must let us know after the first lesson, you cannot be transferred to a different group after the second lesson.
If there are spaces available on the course we can take bookings for students wishing to join the class after the course starts, however there will be no discount on the price. The other option is enrolling for half term.
El Patio has a maximum of 10 students per class
In our online classes the materials are based on different manuals so you won't need to buy a textbook. All materials and activities seen in each class will be posted in the online platform.
For those students attending in-person classes, the teachers will give you information about the textbook (not included in the fee) you will be using. Nevertheless, some activities and other resources will be posted in the online platform.
From time to time, students may be unable to attend a class due to other commitments, but don't worry: if we have another class at the same level and there are spaces available you'll be able to attend that one instead. If not, you can always catch up in your own time with the notes uploaded to Google Classroom.
El Patio courses have no discounts and there will be no discount for classes you are unable to attend.
This is an option stated in our Terms & Conditions; however, the attendance period should be in the first half of the course (from class 1 till 4) or the second one (class 5 till 8). The fees are: £70 for the online course and £75 for the in-person courses.
Google Classroom is an online learning platform where teachers upload some contents and activities seen in each class as well as homework or extra resources. You'll be sent your login details before the first class.
