Terms and Conditions for Course Registration and Payment for Students at Learñ en El Patio

INTENSIVE ONLINE COURSES

 

1. Course Description

​

The Private Intensive Spanish Course consists of 15 hours of individual tuition per week, organised as follows:

  • 3 hours per day, from Monday to Friday

  • Two available time slots:

    • 10:00 – 13:00 (UK time)

    • 15:00 – 18:00 (UK time)

​

Please note that availability of specific time slots is subject to teacher availability and will be confirmed upon booking.

 

2. Modality

​

The course can be delivered in two formats:

  • Online

  • In-person, subject to classroom availability at our school premises.

​

3. Booking & Scheduling

​

  • The course must be booked and confirmed at least 15 calendar days before the intended start date to allow time for proper planning and preparation of learning materials.

  • Upon confirmation, students must provide their preferred dates and time slots for the sessions.

  • Once confirmed, dates and time slots cannot be modified. Please ensure your availability before finalising your booking.

 

4. Fees & Payment

​

  • The total fee for the 1to1 course is £600.

  • The total fee for the 2to1 course is £850.

  • Full payment is required to secure your booking.

  • Payment must be made via bank transfer to the account details provided.

 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

​

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a £50 administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the course are non-refundable.

  • No refunds or rescheduling are possible once the course has started.

  • Missed sessions due to student absence are not refundable or recoverable.

 

6. Teacher & Classroom Availability

​

  • The school will make every effort to assign a qualified teacher and confirm classroom space (for in-person classes) based on the preferences indicated at the time of booking.

  • In rare cases where teacher or classroom availability changes after confirmation, the school will offer an alternative schedule. If this is not suitable, a full refund will be issued.

 

7. Code of Conduct

​

  • Students are expected to attend all sessions on time and communicate respectfully with staff and teachers.

  • The school reserves the right to terminate the course without refund in case of inappropriate behaviour or repeated missed sessions.

6. Variations to the Terms and Conditions

​

 Learñ en el Patio reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time and the current version will be                       published on this website.
