All you need to know for your trip...

The trip includes

  • 10h Spanish cultural course. Different cultural workshops planned to help the students improve their communication skills.

  • Hotel accommodation.

  • Breakfast at the hotel and one meal per day at selected restaurants.

  • Welcome pack with a textbook for the course.

  • Entrance tickets for museums and activities planned with local guides.

  • Transfers into the city.

The trip doesn't include

  • Flight tickets.

  • Airport transfers.

  • Travel and health insurance.

  • One of the daily meals.

Things to be considered

  • El Patio immersion trips are subject to a minimum of 15 students. Therefore, in the event of not reaching that number:

    •  All payments made by the student will be refunded.

  • El Patio will assess your level in order to confirm if we have a suitable group for you in the trip.

  • Please don't buy your flight tickets until you receive El Patio confirmation that the trip goes ahead. 

Booking your trip and payments

  • If you are interested in booking your trip with El Patio we'll need to assess your level first. Please contact us and we will arrange it.

  • Once your level is assessed by the teachers and we confirm you that we have a suitable group at your level, we'll send you all details to confirm your booking. We split the fee in two payments:

    • 1st Payment of £800 as a deposit to confirm your space before the deadline given.​

    • 2nd payment £425 7 weeks before the trip.

  • Payments will be made by bank transfer.

Cancellation & refund policy

  • Cancel by you: If you change your mind or there is any change in your circumstances after making the payment of any fee:

    • If you cancel your trip with us 10 weeks before the trip you will receive a full refund of the fee paid.​

    • If you cancel your trip any time into the 10 weeks before the trip, El Patio will keep £800 to cover the costs prepaid for accommodation and other services already booked.

  • Cancel by us: We reserve the right to cancel the trip by giving you notice in writing by email at any time 10 weeks before the trip is due to start. We will refund all fees paid by you.

  • Force Majeure: El Patio shall not be liable to make any refund or for any other penalty should the trip be cancelled due to war, fire, weather conditions, accident, civil disturbance or any other cause whatsoever beyond their control.
